TEAM USA TAEKWONDO was founded on a simple belief: where champions grow, leaders rise, and character shines. Located in Plano, Texas, our academy delivers elite, championship-level Taekwondo instruction to students of all ages and experience levels. We offer a safe, energetic, and family-oriented environment where every student is encouraged to grow, compete, and succeed.

What sets us apart is the caliber of our coaching. Our programs are led by current U.S. National Team members and nationally ranked competitors who bring the highest standard of the sport directly to the mat. Ranked #1 in the nation, we don't just teach Taekwondo — we develop the next generation of national and international competitors while instilling the discipline and respect that last a lifetime.

From our Tiny Tigers taking their very first steps to our ELITE Poomsae, Sparring, Demonstration, and Leadership teams competing on the world stage, every student is guided by the core tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Our mission is to help each student become their best self — mentally, physically, and in character — both inside and outside the dojang, serving Plano and the greater Collin County community with dedication and care.
