6th Degree World Taekwondo Kukkiwon Certified Black Belt with over 32 years of Taekwondo experience. Beginning her Taekwondo journey at the age of five, Master Borah specializes in Poomsae and is a proud member of the 2026 AAU Taekwondo Poomsae National Team. After immigrating to the United States at the age of 16, she proudly served in the U.S. Army, where she earned the Joint Service Achievement Medal, Expert Marksmanship Qualification, and the Highest Physical Training Award. Passionate about helping students of all ages, Master Borah is committed to building confidence, discipline, respect, and strong character through Taekwondo. Her positive energy and encouraging teaching style inspire every student to reach their full potential.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.
No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.
Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.
We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.
We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat.
